These Terms govern your use of goosegms.com (the “Website”) and any mobile game published by Beliz Varol, trading as Goose Games (“Goose Games”, “we”, “us”) (the “Games”). By using the Website or a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who may use our products
You must be at least 13 to use our Games. If you are 13 or older but cannot legally enter a binding contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use. Parental permission does not remove the minimum age of 13.
Feature-specific provisions below apply only where that feature is offered. See the relevant Game and store listing for availability. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or advertising.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Website and to install and play our Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license lasts as long as you comply with these Terms.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from our Games or Website, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients or exploits.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of our products.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to another user’s account or device.
- Use our products for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, the Games, and all names, logos, artwork, characters, audio, code and other content in them are owned by Goose Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
The Goose Games name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, except for factual references such as press coverage.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Where a Game offers purchases, the store checkout displays the item, price, currency and applicable payment terms before you confirm. You must be authorized to use the purchasing account and payment method. Apple or Google processes the payment under its store terms.
For refunds, use the relevant store’s refund process or contact info@goosegms.com for purchase assistance. Include the Game, platform, product and order reference, but no payment card details. We can investigate missing content and assist with store-supported remedies. Nothing here removes a refund, withdrawal or other consumer right provided by law.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies to digital content, it is lost only if the applicable legal conditions are satisfied, including any required express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the loss of the right, and confirmation. Merely accepting these Terms does not waive that right.
Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within the relevant Game. They cannot be exchanged for cash or traded outside it. Changes or discontinuation remain subject to applicable consumer rights, including notice or remedies where required. Consumed items are not necessarily restorable; any available restoration function is subject to the item type, platform and purchase record.
6. Advertising and external services
Advertising is a planned feature. If introduced, a Game may offer advertisements from providers identified in our Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads, where offered, are optional and the Game explains the reward. Choosing a reward is separate from permission for advertising-related data processing.
Advertisements and external links may lead to services operated by others. Their terms apply to your dealings with them. We do not endorse every advertised product, and this provision does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law. You can report an inappropriate advertisement to info@goosegms.com.
7. User content and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use them without any obligation to you. We do this so we can keep working on similar ideas without a conflict later — it does not mean we will use your suggestion. This license concerns your suggestions, not permission to publish your personal correspondence or process personal data beyond our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
Updates may be necessary for compatibility, security or gameplay changes. Some functions need an internet connection; your network provider’s charges may apply. Local progress can be lost if you clear app data or uninstall. Cloud backup or cross-device recovery is available only if expressly offered by the Game.
We may change or discontinue products for legitimate operational, technical or legal reasons, subject to applicable consumer rights. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable, except where urgent security or legal reasons require immediate action.
For material changes to these Terms, we will explain the changes and their effective date through the Website or Game. We will obtain agreement where required by law. If you do not accept, you can stop using the affected product; any mandatory refund or other remedy remains available.
9. Disclaimers
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a product provided for personal entertainment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory rights relating to digital content, refunds, privacy and consumer protection remain unaffected.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for a material breach, fraud or a serious security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent risks may require immediate action. You may contact us to ask for a review of a restriction.
You may stop using the Game at any time. Uninstalling does not itself request deletion of server-side records; see our Privacy Policy. Ending access does not remove any consumer remedies or obligations that by their nature continue, such as intellectual-property protections.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under applicable law, including those of your country of habitual residence where applicable. This clause does not remove access to competent consumer courts or consumer arbitration bodies.
For disputes with non-consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction. You can contact us to try to resolve a problem informally, but doing so is not a requirement that limits mandatory legal remedies or deadlines.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that right.
